At Victorian Health Services, we offer a wide range of allied health services to build the participants’ capacity to live independently throughout their day-to-day lives. Our services include:

Transport
We are committed to help you with all your transport needs; getting to appointments, attending social events, going to school, and getting from A to B in general.
Domestic and Home Help
Cleaning, shopping, paying bills, laundry, cooking, general chores, and other household needs required by the participant.
NURSING CARE SERVICES
High needs support for more complex personal requirements; Complex Bowel Care, Manage Diabetes, Eternal Feeding, Subcutaneous Injection, High Risk seizure, Tracheostomy Care, Urinary Catheters, Pressure Care & Wound Management, Post-Surgery Care, Meal Preparation & Delivery.
Home Modification
Home Modifications are physical changes made to participants home to increase the liveability condition of their home, and to ensure they are safe and comfortable. Victorian Health Services work closely with registered Builders, Occupational Therapists, and Tradespeople to obtain appropriate advice on how best to modify a participant’s home to suit their needs.
The participant’s family, caregiver, or advocate are also involved in the process to identify modifications that are reasonable and necessary to improve the participants living condition.

Support Worker
Support workers are a crucial part of our support provided to participants. They help the participants live an independent life by assisting them to build their independence skills, and accompany and encourage them to take control and make choices in a comfortable space. Victorian Health Services has numerous support workers ready to support our participants reach their goals.
